If you are the Applicant you may be entitled to Legal Aid. However if you are the Respondent in an application for a Non Molestation Order you will not be entitled to legal aid. You do not have to be disadvantaged by not having a solicitor or barrister to help you prepare your case for Court, Do not be pressured into accepting that an order should be made against you just because you aren’t in a position to instruct a solicitor or barrister, we can assist you in preparing your defence case against the application for a non molestation Order.

If you are making an application to get your partner out of the property or you are the respondent in an application, contact us as we are able to assist you in preparing the relevant applications and statements in support. If you are the Respondent we will help you prepare you statement in response. Your statement is crucial in non molestation and occupation order proceedings. Our costs are a fraction of solicitors hourly rates which are typically charged per hour. We will not be beaten on price and so we are prepared to beat any quotation given to you by any other non solicitor led family service.
